The State Department of Agriculture shall establish tolerances for pesticidal chemicals in foodstuffs and other materials destined for human consumption or animal feeds including forage crops and grains except where tolerances are established by the State Board of Health on foodstuffs or other materials for human consumption for which the State Board of Health has regulatory jurisdiction by law. Copies of the tolerances shall be made available to any agency, person, group, company or other organization requesting the tolerances. Added by Laws 1965, c. 497, § 2, emerg. eff. July 19, 1965.
