The State Board of Agriculture shall establish fees for all tests and certifications made by the Bureau of Standards. The fees shall in no case exceed those established for similar work by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The fees collected shall be deposited with the State Treasurer in the State Department of Agriculture Revolving Fund. Added by Laws 1915, c. 81, § 5. Amended by Laws 1971, c. 84, § 3, emerg. eff.
