effectiveness of curriculum. The Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service shall provide to the Secretary of the Environment no later than January 31 of each year a written report of their educational activities involving poultry operators and waste applicators pursuant to this act. This report shall include, but not be limited to: 1. The number of operators and applicators enrolled in courses required in the first year listed by county; 2. The number of operators successfully completing such courses listed by county; 3. The number of operators and applicators enrolled in courses required in subsequent years listed by county; and 4. The number of operators successfully completing such courses listed by county. The Secretary of the Environment shall use the data provided in this report along with water quality monitoring and other environmental data to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum offered. The Secretary shall work in conjunction with the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service to correct any course deficiencies identified in the evaluation.
