Oklahoma Code § 19-901.58

Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Rural Fire Defense Equipment Revolving Fund

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
for the State Department of Agriculture, to be designated the "Rural
Fire Defense Equipment Revolving Fund".  The fund shall be a
continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall

consist of all monies received by the State Department of
Agriculture from any monies received from appropriations, deposits
made pursuant to the provisions of this act, proceeds resulting from
the sale of equipment purchased out of monies in the fund, and such
other monies specifically designated by law.  All monies accruing to
the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted
and expended by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and
Forestry for the purpose of purchasing new firefighting equipment
for purchase by rural fire departments and such other purposes
specifically designated by law.  Expenditures from said fund shall
be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims
filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of
Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
