Title 19. Counties And County Officers: County clerks to record instruments without fee

All instruments and deeds filed for record in the office of the
county clerk by or under the direction of the board of directors of
any sewer improvement district located in such county shall be filed
and recorded without any filing or recording fee being charged
therefor.
