Oklahoma Code § 19-868.21

Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Violations

A violation of this act or of any order or regulation adopted
under authority of this act shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall
be punishable by fine or imprisonment or both, as now provided by
law for misdemeanors.  The proper county authorities or any person,
the value or use of whose property is or may be affected by such
violation, in addition to other remedies, may also institute any
appropriate action including injunctive relief or proceedings to
prevent or remove such violation.
