Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Exclusive control

From and after the time such commission is constituted by the
cooperating governmental units, it shall have exclusive control for
the purposes herein provided over the territory within the
jurisdiction of the county to the exclusion of any other planning
agency, provided, however, this does not prevent commissioners from
contracting with agencies formed in accordance with Chapter 31,
Title 74, of the Oklahoma Statutes for planning services and
regulation enforcement assistance.
