Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Joint city-county electrical examining and appeals board

For the purpose of cooperating with the State of Oklahoma in
conserving the natural resources of the state and in promoting the
health, safety, peace, morals, and general welfare of the people of
the state, there may be provided in any county of the State of
Oklahoma having within its boundaries a city having a population of
one hundred eighty thousand (180,000) or more, according to the last
preceding Federal Decennial Census or any future Federal Census, a
city or cities and county electrical examining and appeals board, in
the manner herein provided, and for the purpose there is hereby
authorized to be created in each of such counties a joint city-
county electrical examining and appeals board with the respective
powers and duties as set out in this act; provided, however, this
act shall not apply to any county containing any such city if that
city includes territory in more than four counties.
