Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Violations and penalties

A violation of this act or of any order or regulation adopted
under authority of this act shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall
be punishable by fine or by imprisonment or both, as now provided by
law for misdemeanors, and jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon any
municipal, criminal, or police court in the municipality, over
offenses occurring within the five-mile area surrounding the
municipality, which jurisdiction shall be concurrent with that of
any other court having jurisdiction thereof.  The proper authorities
or any person, the value or use of whose property is or may be
affected by such violation, in addition to the other remedies, may
also institute any appropriate action or proceedings to prevent or
remove such violation.
