Oklahoma Code § 19-85

Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Elections not oftener than once in ten years

Elections for relocating the county seat shall not occur at
intervals of less than ten years; provided, that where elections
have already been held, the beginning of the said interval above-
named shall date from the time of holding said elections.
