Oklahoma Code § 19-448

Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Failure to perform duty - Penalty

Any county commissioner who shall fail to perform any duty
required of him by law, shall be fined in a sum not less than Fifty
Dollars ($50.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or
by imprisonment in the county jail not less than thirty (30) days
nor more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
