Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Official neglect - Felony

Any election officer who shall be appointed, or commissioner,
under the provisions of this act or the laws of Oklahoma, and who
shall knowingly and willfully fail or refuse to perform required
duties shall be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense and shall, upon
conviction, be punished by imprisonment as provided for in
subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma
Statutes.
