Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Duties

The county clerk shall attend the sessions of the board of
county commissioners, either in person or by deputy, shall keep the
seals, records and papers of said board of commissioners and shall
sign the records of the proceedings of the board of county
commissioners and attest the same with the seal of the county.
