Oklahoma Code § 19-24

Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Supreme Court to decide controversies

Exclusive, original jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the
Supreme Court of Oklahoma over all controversies that may arise
under the provisions of this act, and any person affected by such
election shall have a right to a hearing before the Supreme Court
upon application filed and presented within thirty (30) days after
any such election shall be held.
