Oklahoma Code § 19-215.7

Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Private practice

The district attorney shall not engage in the private practice
of law but he is authorized to complete all civil cases, not in
conflict with the interest of any of the counties of his district,
in which he is counsel, pending in court before he takes office.
