Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Suits brought by Commissioners of Land Office

It shall be the duty of each district attorney in the State of
Oklahoma, under the direction of the Commissioners of the Land
Office, when requested by such Commission, to represent the state in
all actions and proceedings now or hereafter brought or authorized
or directed to be brought in his county by the Commissioners of the
Land Office.
