Title 19. Counties And County Officers: Custodian of records, files and reports - Destruction

A.  The county clerk shall be custodian and repository of all
inventory records, files and reports.
B.  The county clerk in each county in Oklahoma is hereby
authorized to destroy all inventory records, files and reports of
any inventory of the county which has been disposed of for three (3)
years or more if the inventory account has been subject to a full
audit by the State Auditor and Inspector.
