Oklahoma Code § 18-572

Title 18. Corporations: Objects of expenditure

The trustees or directors of any such corporation shall
faithfully apply all the funds collected, or the proceeds of the
property belonging to the institution, according to their best
judgment, in erecting, completing or repairing suitable buildings,
in supporting necessary officers, instructors, agents and employees,
and in procuring books, maps, charts, globes and philosophical,
chemical and other apparatus or cabinets, necessary to the objects
and success of the institution; and all donations, devises or
bequests made to it for particular purposes when accepted, shall be
applied in conformity with the express condition of the donor or
devisor.
