Any violation of the provisions of Sections 553.1 and 553.2 of this title shall constitute a Class D1 felony offense and any person guilty thereof shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) , or be confined as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Any such prohibited communication by any agent or servant of a corporation shall subject such corporation to the fine above specified in addition to whatever penalty is imposed upon such agent or servant. Any corporation may be enjoined in the manner provided in Section 12, Chapter 70, Title 21, Page 193, Oklahoma Session Laws 1955, when any of the conditions herein set forth are found to exist with respect to a violation of this act, or it may be subject to the cancellation therein specified.
