Title 18. Corporations: Restrictions on imposing annual filing or reporting

A.  Except as required or authorized by federal law, no state
agency or official shall impose any annual filing or reporting
requirement on an organization regulated or specifically exempted
from regulation under the Oklahoma Solicitation of Charitable
Contributions Act that is more stringent, restrictive or expansive
than the requirements authorized by the laws of this state.
B.  Requirements of subsection A of this section shall not apply
to state grants, state contracts or fraud investigations, and shall
not restrict enforcement actions against specific nonprofit
organizations.
