associations subject to act - Corrected articles of incorporation. A. Existing domestic and domesticated cooperatives, nonprofit and mutual corporations and associations formed to engage in or engaging in the business, undertaking or activity described in or contemplated hereby, shall be deemed, ipso facto, to come under the provisions of this act as of the date this act becomes effective and all provisions hereof shall thereafter fully apply thereto and every such corporation and association shall have the same rights, privileges, powers and immunities as it would possess if respectively created or domesticated hereunder and shall be subject to the same obligations, duties and jurisdictions as cooperatives organized under this act. B. In the event any cooperative has filed defective articles of incorporation or has failed to do all things necessary to perfect its corporate organization, it may, nevertheless, file corrected articles of incorporation or amend the original articles and do and perform all acts and things necessary in the premises for the correction of such defects.
