Oklahoma Code § 18-381.57

Title 18. Corporations: Loans

Associations shall have power to invest, sell, or otherwise deal
in loans or other investments to the same extent permitted for
federal associations, except as otherwise provided by the rules of
the State Banking Commissioner.
