agents. Any association shall have power to indemnify any person who is or was an officer, director, employee or agent of the association, or who is or was serving at the request of the association as an officer, director, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise unless such person has violated paragraph 2 of subsection B of Section 381.26 of this title, in accordance with Section 1031 of this title.
