Oklahoma Code § 18-381.29

Title 18. Corporations: Voting by proxy

At any meeting of the members or stockholders of an association
or federal association voting may be in person or by proxy
appointing a person or group to cast the votes of the member or
stockholder, provided that no proxy shall be eligible to be voted at
any meeting unless such proxy shall have been filed with the
association at least five (5) days prior to the date of the meeting.
Unless otherwise specified in the proxy, every proxy shall continue
in force from year to year until revoked by a writing duly delivered
to the secretary or until superseded by a subsequent proxy.
