RESERVED POWER OF STATE TO AMEND OR REPEAL;
OKLAHOMA GENERAL CORPORATION ACT PART OF CORPORATION'S
CHARTER OR CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION
The Oklahoma General Corporation Act may be amended or repealed
at the pleasure of the Legislature, but any amendment or repeal
shall not take away or impair any remedy available pursuant to the

provisions of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act against any
corporation or its officers for any liability which shall have been
previously incurred.  The Oklahoma General Corporation Act and any
amendments thereto shall be a part of the charter or certificate of
incorporation of every corporation except so far as the same are
inapplicable and inappropriate to the objects of the corporation.
The provisions of this section shall not affect or impair as to any
corporation any rights protected or guaranteed by the Constitution
of this state or of the United States.
