Oklahoma Code § 17-327.4

Title 17. Corporation Commission: Confidential records, reports or information

Upon a showing satisfactory to the Corporation Commission by any
person that records, reports or information, or a particular part
thereof, if made public, would divulge production or sales figures
or methods, processes or production unique to such person or would
otherwise tend to affect adversely the competitive position of such
person by revealing trade secrets, the Commission shall consider
such record, report or information, or particular portion thereof,
confidential.
