Each public utility subject to a fuel adjustment clause shall separately disclose in its customer bills the per unit cost of its fuel, purchased power or purchased gas adjustment. Upon request by any individual consumer, such utility shall also disclose for the month for which the request is received: 1. The actual amount of the adjustment in dollars and cents; and 2. The per unit rate and amount thereof in dollars and cents of fuel, purchased power or purchased gas included in its basic rate.
