Title 16. Conveyances: Will recorded

Any will, devising real estate or any interest therein, or a
copy thereof, together with a copy of the probate thereof, all duly
certified by the county judge, may be filed and recorded in the
office of the register of deeds, with like effect as a deed duly
executed and acknowledged.
