- Voidability. A contract or agreement to purchase any consumer goods or services pursuant to an unsolicited telephone call or message, including a cellular telephone call or text message, made by an automatic dial announcing device conveying a prerecorded or synthesized voice message or an automatic dialing device with electronic text message delivery capabilities and without the use of a live operator in violation of the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act shall be voidable at the option of the consumer, unless it has been memorialized in writing and signed by the consumer.
