representatives. Each service warranty association or insurer shall maintain a registry of the name and business address of each sales representative utilized by it in this state. Upon request by the Insurance Commissioner and with ten (10) days' notice to the service warranty association or insurer, the registry shall be provided to the Insurance Commissioner.
