Title 14A. Consumer Credit Code: Loans made by telephone or mail

With respect to a consumer loan, other than a loan made pursuant
to a revolving loan account, if the lender receives a request for an
extension of credit by mail or telephone without personal
solicitation, the lender complies with this part if the lender's
printed material distributed to the public or the loan agreement or
other printed material delivered to the debtor sets forth the terms
of financing, including the annual percentage rate for

representative amounts of credit, and if he gives the information
required by this part on or before the date the first payment is due
on the loan.
