Title 13. Common Carriers: Failure to weigh - False weights - Penalties

Any agent, servant or employee of any carrier who shall fail or
refuse to weigh any coal at its point of destination, or shall
knowingly or willfully make false weights of such coal, or in case
there are no track scales at the point of destination, at the
nearest track scales passed in its transit from its point of
shipment, such agents, servants or employees shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not less than
Fifty nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or be imprisoned
not less than thirty (30) days nor more than sixty (60) days or both
such fine and imprisonment.
