Title 13. Common Carriers: Connecting carrier - Reweighing on transfer

In case any coal shipped shall be carried over the lines of the
connecting carriers, the carrier receiving said coal shall cause the
correct weight thereof to be placed in the bill of lading, and such
coal shall be reweighed when delivered to the connecting carrier,
and the value of the coal at the point of destination shall be the
measure of damages.
