Title 13. Common Carriers: Telegraph and telephone companies - Excessive rates

All agents or operators for any telegraph or telephone company
doing business in this state are hereby prohibited from knowingly
charging, collecting or receiving pay for any message sent or
received by them in excess of the regular rate charged for the same.
