Oklahoma Code § 12-856

Title 12. Civil Procedure: Receiver entitled to possession of property

The court or judge may order the delivery, to the receiver, by
the judgment debtor, or any other person in whose possession the
same may be, of any notes, bills, accounts, contracts, books or
other evidence of indebtedness or right in action, of the judgment
debtor, and may enforce such order by attachment, as for a contempt.
