Title 12. Civil Procedure: Powers and duties of clerks - Statistical and other

The clerks of each of the courts shall exercise the powers and
perform the duties imposed upon them by the statutes of this state
and by the common law.  The clerks of each of the courts of record
shall furnish without cost to the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and to
the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House
of Representatives such statistical and other information as the
court or Legislature may require, including, but without being
limited to, the number and classification of cases:
1.  Filed with the court;
2.  Disposed of by the court, and the manner of such
disposition; and
3.  The number of cases pending before the court, at each term
of the court.
