Oklahoma Code § 12-33

Title 12. Civil Procedure: Clerk to keep court records, books and papers - Statistical

Senate and Speaker of House.
He shall keep the records and books and papers appertaining to
the court and record its proceedings.  He is directed to furnish
without cost to the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and to the President
Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of
Representatives such statistical and other information as the court
or Legislature may require, including, but without being limited to,
the number and classification of cases:
1.  Filed with the court;
2.  Disposed of by the court, and the manner of such
disposition; and

3.  The number of cases pending before the court, at each term
of the court.
