Title 12. Civil Procedure: Disclosure regarding the mediator

Any program for mediation under the Choice in Mediation Act
shall make provision for disclosure to the parties of the
background, qualifications, experience, and actual or potential
conflicts of interest of the mediator, sufficient to permit the
parties to participate in the choice of a mediator for their dispute
and to determine that the mediator selected is qualified and
neutral.
