Oklahoma Code § 12-134

Title 12. Civil Procedure: Domestic limited liability companies or corporations

An action, other than one described in Sections 131 through 133
of this title, against a limited liability company or corporation
created by the laws of this state may be brought in the county in
which it is situated or has its principal office or place of
business, in which any of the members, managers or principal
officers thereof may reside or be summoned, where the cause of
action or some part thereof arose, or where a codefendant of such
limited liability company or corporation created by the laws of this
state may properly be sued.
