Title 11. Cities And Towns: Order calling for election on question - Notice

Within thirty (30) days after filing the petition for a city
incorporating as a town, the board of county commissioners shall
call for an election for the purpose of submitting to the registered
voters of the city the question of whether or not such city shall
become an incorporated town.  The order calling for the election
shall name the date for the election and shall be submitted to the
secretary of the county election board for the purpose of conducting
the election.  The order shall be published in a newspaper of

general circulation in the city for a period of at least twenty (20)
days prior to the election.
