Title 11. Cities And Towns: Increase in benefits - Amount - Offset

A.  Except as provided in subsection B of this section and
except for persons receiving benefits pursuant to Section 49-101 of
this title, effective July 1, 2002, any person receiving benefits
from the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System as of
June 30, 2001, who continues to receive benefits on or after July 1,

2002, shall receive a five percent (5%) increase in said benefits on
July 1, 2002.
B.  Any increase in benefits a person is eligible to receive
pursuant to repealed Section 49-136 of this title after June 30,
2000, shall be used to offset the increase in benefits provided in
subsection A of this section.
C.  Effective July 1, 2002, any persons receiving benefits
pursuant to Section 49-101 of this title shall each receive a
benefit equal to Six Dollars and sixty-nine cents ($6.69) for each
year of credited service not to exceed thirty (30) years of service.
