Title 11. Cities And Towns: Bonds for waterworks - Form

Upon the approval of a majority of the registered voters of the
municipality voting on the question, the bonds shall be issued by
the governing body in the manner provided by the Constitution and
laws of Oklahoma.  Bonds issued under this section shall be payable
not more than twenty-five (25) years from the date of their issue,
with interest thereon at a rate not exceeding a maximum rate
established by law.  The bonds shall be signed by the mayor and
countersigned by the municipal clerk.  Facsimile signatures may be
used as provided in the Registered Public Obligations Act of
Oklahoma.
