providers. This section applies to activities in the right-of-way only. Nothing in this act shall be interpreted to allow any entity to provide services regulated under 47 U.S.C., Sections 521 to 573, without compliance with all laws applicable to such providers nor shall this act be interpreted to impose any new requirements on cable providers for the provision of such service in this state.
