Title 11. Cities And Towns: Fines for violations relating to prostitution -

Percentage forwarded to city - county health department.
In municipalities that have a population of more than two
hundred thousand (200,000), that have a municipal court of record,
and that are located within a county having a population greater
than four hundred thousand (400,000), One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
of each fine collected for violations of municipal ordinances
relating to prostitution shall be forwarded by the city clerk or
other appropriate finance official to the city-county health
department serving the county.
