Title 11. Cities And Towns: Fees and mileage of jurors and witnesses

The municipal governing body shall determine by ordinance the
fees and mileage that shall be paid to jurors and witnesses in a
municipal court.  However, no witness fee shall be paid to any
police or peace officer.  The jury fee and mileage due jurors and
witnesses shall be paid as provided by ordinance.
