Title 11. Cities And Towns: Employer coercion prohibited

It shall be unlawful for the governing body or officer of any
municipal corporation in this state to directly or indirectly coerce
or attempt to coerce any municipal employee to participate or
refrain from participation in municipal political activities or
public meetings.
