Oklahoma Code § 11-16-310

Title 11. Cities And Towns: Contest of election by nominee

Any person nominated for municipal office may, at any time
before 5:00 p.m. of the third business day following the town
meeting in which he or she was nominated, contest the correctness of
the announced results of said election by filing a written petition
with the district court of any county in which the municipality is
located.
