Oklahoma Code § 10A-2-8-223

Title 10A. Children And Juvenile Code: Penalties

Any person violating the provisions of Section 1 of this act
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed thirty
(30) days or by payment of a fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) or by both such fine and imprisonment.
