Title 10A. Children And Juvenile Code: Use of information to commit crime or cause physical

harm or damage to property – Penalties.
Any person who uses information obtained pursuant to this act to
commit a crime or to cause physical harm to any person or damage to
property shall be guilty of a misdemeanor upon conviction, and, in
addition to any other punishment, shall be punished by imprisonment
in the county jail for a term not to exceed one (1) year, or by a
fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by both such
fine and imprisonment.
