A.  The Office of Juvenile Affairs may sell real estate owned by
the State of Oklahoma or the Office of Juvenile Affairs that is
surplus to its use under the jurisdiction of the Office of Juvenile
Affairs located within LeFlore County and situated within Talihina.
B.  The Office of Juvenile Affairs shall not be subject to the
provisions of Section 129.4 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes for
the sale.  All monies received from the sale of the property, except
those monies necessary to pay the expenses incurred pursuant to the
sale, shall be deposited in the Office of Juvenile Affairs Revolving
Fund 200 (“200 Fund”).  Revenue derived from such real estate sale
deposited to the fund shall be utilized for the benefit of the
Office of Juvenile Affairs as necessary to perform the duties
imposed upon the Office of Juvenile Affairs by law.  Such real
estate sale shall not be subject to the provisions of Section 456.7
of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
